We've messaged our customers to advise that API traffic should be flowing normally over the weekend, but access to our online platform remains offline. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We'll continue to provide updates on social media.

API traffic is now being sent through our platform, a little slower than usual, but it's going. Customers who send messages directly via our platform are still unable to do so, and we continue to work to restore full access.

Because of an increase in SMS-based phishing attacks, we've asked all of our customers to reset their passwords the next time they login to the TM platform. We're posting this here to reassure customers that it's a genuine request, originating from the TM team. Thank you 🔐💪
