Wanted to learn more about #accessibility-testing so I asked my research lead. She set up a session today and I observed the STRUGGLE that #users face using #assistivetechnology on pages that were NOT #accessible. I was near tears.We were all were.#womenintech #BlackinTech #UX

Pivoting into tech takes alot of work! Pivoting during a recession AND mass layoffs is even harder. Between this and submitting countless job applications, remember to give yourself grace. It takes mental discipline and constant motivation.
