BIM and Asset Information Handover, does it work?
Is it seamless? Does the right information get delivered? Does the client/owner see an XX% saving from all of this great information?
My experience is that the answer for the majority is sadly no, but why?

Thought I’d carry on the thread… after filling the hole with an excessive amount of steel rebar and concrete the project is finally out of the ground with bricks going up.
