$814M invested into The Initiative and Perfect Dark wasnโt just a dev budget, it was capital allocation across talent, outsourcing, infrastructure, payroll and years of operating expenditure. A textbook example of sunk cost, impaired investment and shareholder value destruction.

So they implemented a redemption limit when they did their last change, now they're increasing the redemption cost for Rewards users.
Ya know, it's almost like Microsoft isn't a charity, and they're slowly clawing back all the benefits that people like @NikoMueller abused.
