Today, I joined United Way of the Greater Capital Region as they announced the Jubilant Birth Albany pilot program. This initiative is a comprehensive approach to support low-income families by providing financial support paired with access to prenatal and post-partum education and services. @UnitedWay_GCR @PatriciaFahy109 @MarchofDimes
