Join us at the State Capitol on Feb. 29 for Family Hearing Day! People with IDD and their families have the opportunity to testify in front of legislators for increased supports and full inclusion and participation in their communities. It's an incredible event--not to be missed!

Our beautiful new truck, thanks to a grant from #CTDEEP, transports bottles and cans from our donation bins around eastern CT to our redemption center in Woodstock. Donations help keep our redemption center sustainable and provide jobs for people with IDD.

The results are in: our Woodstock Redemption Center/CT Donation Station processed (wait for it) 1.7million bottles and cans in 2023, up 200,000 from the previous year. Let's make it 2 million for 2024!

Huge thanks to the #EasternCTSavingsBankFoundation for providing a grant for meeting space rental for our Self-Advocates, as well as a voice amplifier for SA Coordinator Jamie Lazaroff. A great way for northeast and southeast CT participants to share ideas in person!
