Martha Holladay, 43, shot and killed by her husband, Richard Holladay, 52, in a murder-suicide at their home at 5360 North Hillbrook Trace, Johns Creek, Georgia. Johns Creek police said a child called 911 around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 7 to report a domestic dispute between his parents. Authorities arrived to find both parents dead and their children - boys aged 17, 13, and 12 - unharmed. "Preliminary investigations indicate the female died from a gunshot wound to the head and that the male died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head," police said in a statement. "Although investigations are early and ongoing, detectives believe the male shot and killed the female and then took his own life."
