Dear Fibromyalgia, just finished watching Leonard and Hungry Paul and all 3 series of Trying. There is a series 4 of Trying but it's on apple TV. I loved them. Now watching Mum. I found them all on iPlayer in case you're not big on football over the next few weeks.

Dear Fibromyalgia, it's Monday, my youngest is just finishing his last GCSE this morning, feeling very relieved, it's been a long road......

Dear Fibromyalgia, a very grey day in my part of the world with intermittent drizzle but I found these beautiful blooms in my garden to brighten my morning.

Dear Fibromyalgia, I only had about 4 hours of sleep due to circumstances beyond my control. It's going to be a long hard day 😞.

Dear Fibromyalgia, so glad it's Friday tomorrow, it's been rather a week this week my body is hurting and the pain is like a burning sensation. Hopefully I can sleep, fingers crossed 🤞.

One of the most beautiful moments before Spain vs Peru pre-World Cup did not come from a goal, a tackle or a piece of skill. 🇪🇸 v 🇵🇪 💘 It came from kindness. As the players walked onto the pitch, Peruvian defender Fabio Gruber noticed that the young boy with Down syndrome accompanying him was feeling cold in the stadium. Without hesitation, he removed his own jacket and gently placed it over the boy’s shoulders. In that simple act, football showed its heart. Moments like this are why the world loves football. As we head towards the 2026 World Cup, may we see more of this spirit on and off the pitch. #FIFAWorldCup #fwc2026 ⚽❤️

Dear Fibromyalgia, it's Thursday it's rather wet in my part of the world and my whole body hurts, this sunny June weather needs to hurry up and make an appearance. GCSEs are nearly over for my youngest son, they seemed to go on forever. Only 2 left after today. Then we wait .....

Dear Fibromyalgia, I did manage some sleep last night. But I didn't appreciate being woken up by someone running their van on the road for what seemed like forever at 6.10 am . Thanks for that .

Dear Fibromyalgia, why is it when you are trying to sleep different areas of your body start hurting that weren't hurting an hour ago, typical. Going to read to take my mind off the pain and hopefully sleep will follow.
