Today we have 6 people out on #sabbatical and I LOVE it!
At @PlanningCenter, every 5 years each employee gets 1 month off (20 working days), and it must be taken all at once. It gives people a chance to recharge, reflect and have a better life!

This was such an amazing engineering effort by our @PlanningCenter People team. Rolling this out while considering millions of existing phone numbers, handling all the different countries and not breaking the API was super hard, but we like solving hard problems. 🥳

Since the dawn of Planning Center, phone number fields have been the Wild West—anyone could claim the field of any profile and declare their own formatting rules. 🤠 🌵 Not anymore! We've established some order by standardizing the format automatically. bit.ly/3sDd4id
