Congrats to our KHSAA Academic 1st Team & Honorable Mention student athletes for the Fall Sports season. Students in grades 10-12 with a 3.75-4.0 GPA were 1st Team & those with 3.25-3.74 GPA were Honorable Mention. Students will be recognized during the 2024 HESPY’s Celebration.

Mr. Breetz and construction students participated in a community service project through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Students constructed a ramp that allowed a home to be handicap accessible. @KY_CTE #KYCTEEMPOWERED

Thank you @NaviGoPrep @learning_grove @covingtonkygov which allowed for us to give students tools/equipment for students to use in WBL opportunities and for use in the post-secondary. Our senior @PLTWorg BioMedical students received lab coats this spring.

Mr. Breetz’s students will be displaying their work at KSBA in Louisville on Friday. Here are their 2 projects. A Holmes Castle elevator plus a workbench w a variety of modern & antique type carpentry tools. These items were student created & constructed. @AGarrisonSuper

What a wonderful day our Construction/Carpentry students had today at the Capital. Our students were 1 of 32 schools selected to participate in the CTE Showcase. @GovAndyBeshear spoke on behalf of Career & Technical Education & CTE Month. Legislators toured the showcases. (1/2)

Due to numerous injuries, the Holmes High School girls varsity district basketball game against Holy Cross on Tuesday, February 21 has been canceled. The game will count as a forfeit and will not be rescheduled, thus ending the season for Holmes.
