🌳✨ First Look: Refurbished Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort! ✨🌳 After more than 15 years, the Treehouse Villas are finally getting a major refresh, and Walt Disney Imagineering has shared a sneak peek at the reimagined design. The updated villas keep their signature woodland charm while introducing a brighter, more modern feel with natural textures, lighter colors, and new furnishings throughout. Disney fans will also spot subtle nods to beloved animated classics including Tangled, The Fox and the Hound, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Princess and the Frog, Cinderella, and Mulan. 📈 DVC resale inventory remains one of the biggest stories of 2026. Despite active resale listings dipping below 200 contracts at one point this spring, average resale prices have remained surprisingly steady. The blended average across all Disney Vacation Club resorts came in at $123 per point in May 2026, only slightly below April's $126 average. One of the biggest movers this month was Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, which climbed to $172 per point — its highest average resale price in over a year and a 4.9% increase from April. The continued popularity of the Polynesian association, now including Island Tower, continues to drive strong buyer demand. Meanwhile, inventory remains historically low compared to the 400-500 active listings that were common just a year ago, creating a clear seller's market across much of the DVC resale landscape. 🚨 New Booking Option Added at BoardWalk Villas 🏰 Disney Vacation Club quietly introduced a new booking change for Disney’s BoardWalk Villas Grand Villas beginning with arrivals on January 5, 2027. Instead of one shared “3 Bedroom Grand Villa” category, Members can now choose between: ✨ One Story Grand Villa ✨ Two Story Grand Villa The point cost stays the same, but the layouts offer VERY different experiences for larger groups and families.
