Leaders act on solutions, not problems. When presenting a finding, include impact analysis and a solution to the problem for best impact!

Nothing is harder to trace than no trace at all. Use your platform's exception support properly and only wrap exceptions at the UI layer!.

Cant think of a concise property name? Name it long and verbose, and refactor it down as you code once you know how its really used!
