Last night was THE COOLEST experience for me! John Brennan and the Bigfeet surprised me! They had secretly learned a song I wrote 26 years ago and invited me on stage to sing it, then they covered it! Plus, Officer Doofy came and joined in! We met Dave early and he knew and played it super cool! Mind mind is still in 1,000 pieces! #JoeBobsJamboree #MutantFam

Yup. Literally deserves at least a supporting actor nod. She almost stole the whole movie in her 3 minutes of screen time. A remarkable performance in a fantastic thriller throwing back to Spielberg's begining with "Duel".
I think some people's (not all) problem with the movie is they were sold a Sci-Fi adventure, and we got something closer to a political thriller. Glad I skipped most of the trailers. 😅😅

Blown away by #DisclosureDay. Vintage Spielberg and Williams magic. It my not be ground breaking in it's story, but it is a MASTERFULLY made roller coaster ride of tension! Hitchcock and Herman would be proud! ☺️

The #Obsession only works because Bear lives in the middle.
If he's purely innocent, then the wish is just bad luck and the film loses its critique.
If he's purely evil from the start, then there's no real discomfort because you never root for him and the tragedy disappears.
The film needs him to be ordinary. Someone you understand. Someone you might even defend.
The horror isn't what Bear becomes.
It's realizing he was always capable of it, and so is the guy sitting next to you in the theater.

So, Mary and I are giving #PremiumScreamNight at #HalloweenHorrorNights another chance! 1st year was GREAT! 2nd year (Mary's 1st time) was AWFUL. Let's see how year 3 goes! At least we got a day in October as an option this time! ☺️🌭🍻🍸🤘

One of the most difficult tasks for OBSESSION’s Curry Barker may have been raising the $750k budget to begin with. It is not an easy task to raise money for indie films.
If this was easy, I would have shot eight films in the past seven years instead of just three. Financiers who take a chance on indie films deserve every financial benefit they receive in success.
That success is not guaranteed at all. They are investing in an idea and a filmmaker. They take an enormous risk, so I’m happy they have the benefit of OBSESSION’s financial windfall.
