History shows us that when a nation--any nation--descends far enough and long enough into a morass of instability, political violence and pervasive crime that a dictator comes to power. Trump is not a dictator. Vance is not a dictator. But right now, out there somewhere, a potential American dictator is forming his or her manifesto.
