Jesus Made is going to be so good. How high would you guys have him, if you were doing a Rebuild? Seeing if y’all align with my model on this one. No sneaking, if you’re already a Lab Crew member 🤫 #ThisIsMyCrew
At just 19 years old, Brewers shortstop Jesús Made has blossomed into the best prospect in the sport. A switch-hitter with quick hand speed and swing adaptability, Made boasts a very well rounded game offensively. With his hit and power tools getting a 60 FV, he has the foundation to be a superstar in the near future.

The Austin Reaves Cap Hold is one of the easiest ways to see who understands the CBA and who still thinks it works like 1999. That, and people trying to explain what a first apron hard cap is and what it does to your ability to make moves. Hilarious, sometimes. 🤣 #LakeShow
The Lakers are actively trying to find trade partners for Dalton Knecht and Jarred Vanderbilt’s contracts to create even more cap space. With Austin Reaves’ new contract likely set to be above $40 million annually, Los Angeles will need more flexibility to make other moves.

He’s got some serious pop when he gets ahold of one. 💪🏼 🔥 Blaze Jordan Playing time could be there for him, I’d consider adding him in deeper leagues. #STLCards

The thing that’s impressing me the most as Bryce Eldridge is the contact ability. I was expecting him to be more of an empty batting average / big power slugger. He’s looked the opposite lately, which is great news. Because I think the power heater is coming. And it will be big.
Bryce Eldridge, last 14 games: 60 PA .451 AVG .517 OBP .824 SLG 7 Doubles 4 Home Runs 13.3% BB 18.3% K #SFGiants

Could it finally be happening with Kaelen Culpepper? Nah, that would mean the Twins would be giving us what we want. Couldn’t be that. I still like him as a stash, especially when speculation builds like this. #MNTwins

Kade Anderson pitching deeper into games and raising up that pitch count👀 Let’s keep that rolling, I need him in Seattle. As far as the pitching line: Just a ho-hum 6.2 IP scoreless start with 3h and 6k, his 4th in a row without allowing a run He’s nearly flawless #TridentsUp
Kade Anderson is awesome. Final line: 6.2IP, 3H, 0R, 0BB, 6K, 13 whiffs, 8 groundouts, 80 pitches, 55 strikes. In 11 professional starts: 6-0, 1.13ERA, 55.2IP, 30H, 7BB, 82K.

Ryan Sloan is a stud. He’s gonna be a great pitcher when his day comes. I’m starting to think they’re going to clear a spot or two this offseason for him. They do trade a lot. Shouldn’t be hard to find takers for one of their reliable arms. #TridentsUp
Ryan Sloan joins Kade Anderson in being awesome today. Final line: 6IP, 3H, 1R, 0ER, 1BB, 7K, 12 whiffs, 10 groundouts, 78 pitches, 52 strikes.

Time to grind if you’re a Jose Ramirez owner. Gotta find a way to get through these next few weeks. Two guys who have been perennial consistent studs in Lindor and JRam have both hit the IL this year. Rough if you spent early draft capital. #GuardsBall
Major blow to a ton of fantasy teams. Nothing you can do beyond stash on IL and try to replace the production you need most. There won’t be a 5-category hitter on waivers. We will certainly be adjusting our waiver list on Sunday to help you find a replacement. 👀⚾️ #FantasyBaseball

Anyone else surprised the East won this year? The Knicks cleaned up, they deserve it. Give them their flowers. 💯 Spurs were likely gassed after finding a way to knock out OKC. Exciting playoffs. Now onto the Draft, and Free Agency, my personal favorite part of the season.
The New York Knicks win the 2026 NBA championship over the San Antonio Spurs, snapping a 53-year title drought. A champion constructed with a series of moves over several years; notably Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns, then hiring of Mike Brown.

Who is the Fantasy MVP so far ❓ I think the candidates are pretty clear but wanted to hear who you guys think, instead of doing a poll…

Can’t wait to read this. Michael Harris II has been someone I’ve both believed in and given up on. Wrote him off before this year, which was obviously bad timing. He’s been amazing. #BravesCountry
My first piece will be on the upward trajectory of Michael Harris II incoming on @TheLab_FBB I’ll breakdown more of what has made this a breakout year for the Braves’ centerfielder! Stay tuned! Coming 🔜

Pumped to officially welcome @SeayPeytonS to The Lab!🔥 He’ll be covering the Atlanta Braves, with a sharp fantasy eye📝 Looking for more strong writers to cover other teams (MLB or MiLB focus) as well as 🔜 Fantasy Football/NFL If you want to join the squad, DMs are open 🧪
Excited to announce I’m now writing for @TheLab_FBB ‼️ I’ll be covering the Atlanta Braves with a fantasy focus, and how real-life impacts fantasy. First few pieces drop soon. LFX has quickly become one of my favorite tools for research. Check it out: getinsidethelab.com/?via=pey…

Charlie Condon could be up in the majors pretty soon, if this continues. Went 4-4 today and every other hit is a HR it seems. If you have an N/A slot, he’s got good fantasy upside. Full stash rankings on are my site in bio. #Rockies
Charlie Condon launches his fourth home run in his past five games at Triple-A 💪 MLB's No. 72 prospect (@Rockies) has a 1.209 OPS since Memorial Day for the @ABQTopes:

Dumbfounded by how quickly Jacob Misiorowski has risen to become the best pitcher in baseball. 📈 Yes, I said it. He is right now. Whether he stays there or not is still up for debate. What’s not debatable is this dude throws 105 mph 🔥 and strikes out literally everyone. Insanity stuff. #ThisIsMyCrew
Jacob Misiorowski. 15 STRIKEOUT MADDUX. 😳 9 innings, 0 runs, 15Ks, 1 hit. 0 BBs. 95 pitches. Most Strikeouts EVER in a Maddux!

Saw @SamulskiNYC also suggest this yesterday- Christian Moore is an interesting flier in a deep league. He’s got the pedigree but was terrible last year. Not all prospect development is linear. He’s hitting well now and could be promoted in the near future. Deep only #RepTheHalo

Good timing I guess. Canzone has hit 2 homers since this tweet. 💪🏼 Season slash up to: .282/.345/.564/.909 I realize he’s not a qualified hitter, but if he was he’d have a higher OPS than Judge, Olson, Langeliers, Harper, Caminero, Elly Wild stuff. #TridentsUp
I finally bit the bullet and picked up Dominic Canzone. He’s just stayed fairly good all year and his Statcast chart always look like this. A helpful pickup in leagues you’re fighting injuries. #TridentsUp

Bryce Miller is bordering on ace territory right now 🔥 8 innings tonight, absolute stud. He’s arrived. Season: 1.54 ERA 0.71 WHIP One of the biggest pickups and stash of the season. #TridentsUp
Have a night, Bryce Miller! 8 IP 4 IP 2 ER 0 BB 7 K He has a 1.54 ERA with a 0.71 WHIP through his first 6 outings 🔱

I love these visual breakdowns of the tools from @pitchprofiler , very cool. Bryce Miller looks like a stud. Do we think he can keep it up? 🗣️ Honest opinions 👇🏽
Bryce Miller has been electric since returning from injury and looks every bit like a frontline arm again. 1.33 ERA, 2.35 FIP, and a 29.3% strikeout rate backed by a fastball that’s playing up and a splitter that keeps missing bats.
