I’ve been bodybuilding for 12 years.
I can tell you that this sort of forearm muscularity and density is not achievable for a 44 year old man doing curls and sit ups. Like it just doesn’t happen.
I’m not sure how else to describe it. He legit asked the AI to make him ripped.
