Time to start revisiting the Feb 22, 2025 “Meet Your Legislators” public Town Hall, now the subject of a Federal Court lawsuit by Teresa Borrenpohl against Kootenai Sheriff Robert Norris and the recently discarded KCRCC Chair, Brent Regan, among others. And who exactly made the decision to remove Mrs Borrenpohl? Was it overlord Brent Regan seen here in the red shirt positioned directly behind Mrs Borrenpohl? It was from that back area that Paul Trouette was dispatched to talk to Mrs Borrenpohl after she made two comments from her seat. That gentleman to the left of Sheriff Norris is Gregory Johnson, who would soon be arrested and hauled away unceremoniously by Sheriff Norris.

This is a view of the CDA High School Auditorium, looking from the stage, where the KCRCC Town Hall was held. Gregory Johnson and Teresa Borrenpohl were taken from where they were seated at the right side to the east public entrance seen to the back left corner of this photo. Ben Stallings would have been seated to the far left back section, adjacent to the auditorium entrance ramp where Sheriff Norris entered the auditorium to remove Stallings, then Teresa Borrenpohl, followed by the removal of Gregory Johnson. We noted the west side exit area to the right rear, would have been much closer for KCRCC security to transport people being removed from the Town Hall. The auditorium has a capacity of 495 people.

If you have never heard Sheriff Norris speak, here is his KREM interview in Nov 2024 just days before the election. It is hardly unkind to say Bob Norris is not a powerful orator. He stumbles, seems nervous, even in a friendly environment. He will talk about the dangers of social media, trusting only established news sources, Dan Wilson his main challenger, and how he does “not want to change how we nominate our elected officials.” Recall that challenger Dan Wilson ran initially as a Republican yet was attacked personally from day one by KCRCC and Norris supporters. Wilson was expecting a debate with Norris hoping KCRCC would see the wisdom in giving Republican voters a choice. That good idea got squashed along with Wilson. Norris likes a system where he is protected, unchallenged, and coddled by the KCRCC political blanket. Much better for you stupid voters. This interview is just 4 months before Sheriff Norris decides it is a good idea to be the lead security guard at that KCRCC Town Hall, nothing to do with his elected position. Recall the KCSO media release the day after that said, essentially, “No one from Kootenai County was there.” The County was really saying two elected officials, Norris and Mattare, were there on their own and we have nothing to do with any political event. youtu.be/b6_KnNSrZFM?si=lqVv…

Notrealius News was bombarded with comments regarding the use of the word, “distain” rather than “disdain.” We can’t spell, find a dictionary, do you not have spellcheck, Did your dog write this; etc. Well actually, we make mistakes, but this was not one of them. We posted earlier that Sheriff Norris said he had no “disdain” for Borrenpohl, meaning no scorn, no extreme disrespect, no feeling of moral superiority. Norris would have to actually know a person to express such an opinion. With his established Borrenpohl relationship prior to the Town Hall, calling Borrenpohl “another activist” the “berating” memo Norris sent on from a Kootenai County public record worthy computer, stalking her movements out that window - we concluded that Norris clearly had contempt for Borrenpohl. He “trotted” gleefully to arrest her, we reported. So Norris saying he had no “disdain” for Borrenpohl was HaHaHaHa land. Neither Norris nor his protector KCRCC knew candidate Dan Wilson, just a citizen stepping forward to seek public office, as a Republican, to offer voters a choice. This act was so offensive to Norris and KCRCC that, knowing what’s best for you stupid voters, they just blocked Wilson to protect and coddle the already annointed King, Sheriff Hothead. Both set out to sully, tarnish, discolor, “distain” the reputation of a candidate for Kootenai Sheriff. No public inquiries needed. KCRCC “rates and vettes,” not you. Norris tells you in that KREM interview he loves this system. That was the whole point of the word, distain, and all you need to know about Brent Regan’s 2024 KCRCC and Sheriff Norris election. Republican challengers will not be tolerated. Brent Regan and KCRCC will chose who you need to vote for. Just follow that KCRCC “sample ballot” you idiots.

Hey @CdAPressNews and @KREM2 , you should do a rehash of that @KCRCC Feb 22, 2025 Town Hall. Citizens Teresa Borrenpohl, Gregory Johnson, Ben Stallings and Sara Forsgren had interesting experiences. Very newsworthy. With the pending Federal lawsuits, just suggesting this might be a good time to do a nice review for the Kootenai County community. A nice long reflective journalistic view from Hagadone News of this epic event would be very timely now. Help yourself.

“We have engaged this community like no other Sheriff.” Maybe not in a good way.

Just because, Notrealius News staff looked at the second page of public comments attached to the 2024 Norris KREM interview. Beginning to understand why Sheriff Norris has distain for social media. It involves other people speaking. That Norris interview has been up now a year and a half. 2 Likes. Two.

Right after the Feb 22, 2025 Town Hall, both the Kootenai Sheriff Office, not Norris, and the Kootenai Board of Commisioners issued statements confirming no direct involvement by any Sheriff deputies, employees nor any involvement by Kootenai County Board of Supervisors or anyone connected to Kootenai County. Wut? How can that possibly be? Because Sheriff Robert Norris and Commissioner Bruce Mattare, Special KCSO Deputy Mattare, both as elected officials are acting on their own at the KCRCC Town Hall. Each made independent decisions to be at that Town Hall, which has nothing to do with KCSO or activities authorized by the Kootenai County Board of Supervisors. The real twist comes from their alleged involvement of actively being involved in security on behalf of their political supporter, KCRCC. At an event attended by “Democrat activist”, Teresa Borrenpohl.

David Anderson tells you everything about the KCRCC Town Hall. The Norris defense team approves this juror, your Honor.

Sheriff Norris’ God bless the CDA Press memo. At least he has “thugs and politicians” in the same sentence. This was the same theme KCRCC pushed after the Town Hall. All those “activists” showing up to disrupt public meetings are the problem. Memo to @CdAPressNews from Sheriff Norris. ❤️

The Kootenai County Sheriff appears aggressive toward stalking crimes.

This is Sheriff Norris at the Town Hall, reminding Gregory Johnson that “You’re going to jail.” Something most responsible trained law enforcement authorities would never say under similar circumstances. You are quietly told your destination while in the back of the patrol car. Sheriff Hothead chatting it up with Gregory Johnson. Paul Trouette incoming to assist. Recall Mr Trouette would be convicted for battery of Mr Johnson. Norris obviously had nothing to do with that, per the AG.

Would love to hear Sheriff Norris explain where that “16%” figure came from. Even the dip in 2024 was just over 9%, as seen in those figures above.

The first page of public comments to that Norris KREM interview of Nov 2024 is enlightening. Citizens weighed in after the Teresa Borrenpohl Feb 2025 Town Hall debacle.

Notrealius News back then took issue with Sheriff Norris’ Nov 2024 statement that “Crime is down 16%” in Kootenai County, truly an amazing take in statistics compiled by Kootenai County. This served up a nuanced version of the crime stats seen in the best light. @CdAPressNews even repeated the mantra that “crime went down.” Hooray!

Yet, while there was a dip in the 2024 crime stats, Kootenai County reported crime went up after 2021, when Norris started his first term. For some reason these small details never received any scrutiny for the Norris trusted local media he wants you to only follow.

This was, perhaps, the greatest summation of the KCRCC Town Hall kerfuffle. Ernest Hemingway would probably take credit for this as fewer words were utilized to tell the story. From the view of the first KCRCC meeting after the Feb 22, 2025 Town Hall. “The meeting, held at CDA High school, would ultimately end in chaos and attract national attention.”

Wonder if this is what Brent Regan meant when he wrote about Sandy Patano and Teresa Borrenpohl in the parking lot as they arrived at the Town Hall. Is seeing two people standing near each other mean that they are “consulting?”

If you missed Game of Thrones, you may not know about Cersai Lannister’s infamous perp walk, officially called her Walk of Atonement, for her confessed sins. Any officially approved perp walk requires public attendance to advertise the sin and promote government mandated public behavior.

And here again is the auditorium overview. To the left is the west end hallway ramp we’ve been talking about. Borrenpohl and Johnson were seated on the west side of the auditorium. You can see Pillar Man and Brent Regan in this photo standing near each other. This photo is time stamped 13:18:08. Sheriff Norris will be at Teresa Borrenpohl’s seat calling for her arrest at 13:20:32, calling for her arrest, just over two minutes later.
