On #WorldMentalHealthDay, take a moment for a sensory pause.

ALT A vibrant outdoor scene featuring a large group of people, including children and adults, gathered on a grassy area in front of a green tent. The audience is seated on blue tarps, attentively watching two performers, a man and a woman, who are animatedly interacting with the crowd. The setting includes various plants, small gardening tools, and a rustic, eco-friendly atmosphere, reflecting a community event centred around sustainable practices.
ALT A close-up of a woman wearing a floral dress, joyfully engaging with a group of young children in a garden setting. The woman is handing a plant leaf to one of the children, who are eagerly watching and participating. The backdrop includes lush green plants and garden elements, emphasizing the educational and interactive nature of the event, which focuses on gardening and environmental awareness.
ALT A lively outdoor scene with a woman in a floral dress enthusiastically holding up a bunch of freshly harvested carrots to a group of seated children. The children, along with some adults in the background, are sitting on blue tarps, watching with curiosity and excitement.
