Excited to bring back valuable information, resources to improve healthcare for Mississippians in this nutrition space that it so vital to improve health outcomes!
Connected with experts from National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Rockefeller Foundation, Food is Medicine Coalition, Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation and more!
We even heard from patients and providers which was very powerful. Love how they emphasized something we discuss a lot in self-advocacy!
Everyone loved hearing about the great work we are already doing in Mississippi with our Lifestyle Medicine Clinic in our UMMC Bower School of Population Health
