while I dislike how much they further nerfed movement(especially momentum gain after rolling in to an enemy) dkc3 is truly just as good as the rest of the franchise.
it has fantastic level and enemy design and easily the best boss battles of the series

I don't hear anyone talk about Donkey Kong Country 3 enough. It has the best overworld, some of the most creative enemy designs, a ton of fun levels and boss fights. The vibes are immaculate. Severely underrated.
