2026 Cy Springs (TX) DL Jarvis Spires was out at the @TheOpening this morning. Spires has OV’s locked in with Utah and Oklahoma State as of right now. Mentioned Houston, SDSU, Arkansas State, SFA, and UTEP have been talking to him a lot as of late.
