Everyone got too stressed out about potentially ingesting 1g of PUFA and now they are in the cell danger response.
Health Twitter went from everyone eating off cutting boards to now having MCAS.

Help others not by doing what you want to do for them, but by allowing God to use you as a vessel. Stop making it about yourself. Sometimes the work God asks of you is inconvenient and not particularly enjoyable. The work is to get out of the way and let Him work through you.

People will call you a crazy conspiracy theorist anti-vaxxer for saying this.
After my first child was born the pediatrician came in to educate us on vaccines Immediately he brings up heavy metals: "Are you worried about the aluminum in vaccines? Because you should know your baby gets more aluminum from breast milk than they do from a vaccine" I didn't argue, but I did do my research A single vaccine contains between 0.125-0.85mg of aluminum In comparison breast milk contains between 0.01-0.05mg of aluminum per liter (34oz or about 4 cups), and infants drink between 16-32oz of breast milk per day So if we assume the lowest intake of milk and lowest aluminum level in that milk it would take about 25 days to reach the same 0.125mg in some vaccines If we assume the highest content in breast milk and that the baby drinks a full 32oz per day it takes more like 3-17 days to reach the level in a single dose of a vaccine (0.125-0.85) Sounds logical, right? The problem is the pediatrician was completely ignoring an important point, BIOAVAILABILITY Aluminum from breast milk has less than a 1% bioavailability, meanwhile the bioavailability of aluminum in vaccines approaches 100% absorption This means we need to take the number above and multiply it by 100x, it would take a year of 1 liter daily breast milk to even surpass the lowest aluminum content in vaccines, and with the current schedule MULTIPLE are stacked together in the first few days of life This is the kind of thing that frustrates me endlessly, I believe people should weigh risk/benefit and choose what they believe is best for their child, but twisting the facts to give a blatantly false impression ("you're giving your child more aluminum than a vaccine") is pure fear based manipulation There are examples of this being done to women and parents every single day in the medical system

After switching to all cotton and natural fibres, I cannot even think about wearing polyester again. There is no reason for you to be wearing tight athletic clothes made from synthetic fabrics and loaded with PFAS and other chemicals while you’re sweating at the gym. Get rid of the Lululemon. I promise you’ll feel better.

I know when I’m starting to get an MCAS flare-up when the vibration plate makes me very itchy.

One really cool thing I’ve noticed through mineral balancing is how much my carbohydrate tolerance has changed. When I first started years ago, I would feel sluggish if I ate much more than 150g of carbs a day, even when I was very active and spending a lot of time in high UV, high heat environments. I would get fatigue and brain fog after eating carbs, yet at the same time I had intense cravings for them. It also seemed like I could gain weight overnight from eating them. As I’ve worked on mineral balancing, that has completely changed. I’m now able to eat significantly more carbohydrates and actually feel amazing doing so. I no longer get fatigued or sluggish after eating carbs, and the intense cravings are completely gone. My energy feels much more stable, my body seems to handle them far better, and I feel fantastic eating 250g of carbs per day. One of the things I find most interesting is that the cravings disappeared as my carb tolerance improved. I used to crave carbs constantly while feeling worse when I ate them. Now I eat more carbohydrates than I did before and feel better than ever.

I don’t think this is due to aging. It just looks like her skin is severely dehydrated and she needs some of my matcha rose face cream.

I love when someone compliments my skin and I get to tell them that I use my own herbal tallow based skincare I make myself.

I predict we’re going to see a surge in “mystery” illnesses, autoimmune conditions, and even cancer in the coming years among people who have used GLP-1s. Not due to the GLP-1s themselves, but because losing mass amounts of fat in a short period of time can be detrimental to the body. Fat tissue acts as a storage site for a wide range of compounds, including environmental toxins and heavy metals. When someone loses a massive amount of weight in a very short period of time, all of that has to be processed and eliminated somewhere. If nutrient intake is low, bowel movements are infrequent, liver function is already compromised, or overall metabolic health is poor, that’s a significant burden to place on the body all at once. It would be a different conversation if people were using low doses, losing weight gradually, maintaining adequate nutrition, and supporting detoxification pathways, but that’s often not what’s happening. I personally know multiple people who lost 30 pounds in a single month. Their overall health has suffered dramatically since.

My favourite glute-focused leg day: - Hip thrusts - Cable step-ups (Zercher grip) - Cable RDLs (Zercher grip) - Hamstring curls - Cable kickbacks or single-leg glute-focused back extensions I usually do some warm-up sets, then 2 sets to failure of hip thrusts. For the other exercises I usually only do 1 working set to failure. Quick & effective.

Skin charged with negative ion blessed water, oil blading with Gordita tallow balm during my sun bath, releasing fascia and increasing blood circulation so I can better absorb the sunshine. Bees buzzing. Blackberries blooming 🌞 Are these grapes??? The yard is lined with them!
