- I’m not afraid to admit I had a major breakdown in Dec/Jan. I had some super close friends help me through. I also had a lot of 🫵 help me through it too. My circle has become smaller since my accident. If you’re not in it now, you’ll never be in it. Look after your mates🫶🏼♥️
