The Little Owls highly recommend 'The Pirates are Coming!' by John Condon. We thought the book was very funny and loved the twist ending. We will be making our own pirate boats next week so here we are testing out potential ship building materials. @TheRoseLearning

Y4 are continuing to make superb progress in French, particularly in their topic on fruit. They can name a variety of fruits and talk about what they like and don't. It is wonderful to see their confidence grow. They love learning French and have excelled in their MFL lessons.

Y6 have completed their Come Dine With Me challenge DT. The children planned, prepared and presented a 3 course meal, developing their skills in food preparation, nutrition, kitchen safety, teamwork and evaluating recipes. After tasting and voting, this is the winning menu!

Year 4 had great success at the Skipping Festival. Balance, coordination, and fitness helped develop confidence and resilience. The final tally of medals was 1 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze. Well done to eveyone involved and thank you to Rossington All saints for holding the event
