@TheSafeLibrary Coaching Library Employees with Willingness, Ability, One, Neither, or Both. When it comes to coaching employees, two factors make a big difference in their future success: their ability and their willingness. Ability means they have the knowledge, skills, training, and experience to do the work. Willingness means they have the motivation, desire, and enthusiasm to do the work. There are four possibilities: Low Ability-Low Willingness; Low-Ability-High Willingness; High Ability-Low Willingness; and High Ability-High Willingness.
