I believe BJ also represent Mossbourne, where concerns labelled by the school a ‘vexatious campaign’ led to a finding of significant harm by a safeguarding review. Assumptions of ‘vexatious’ carry risks.

Errrm no it doesn't have to name a setting and as for academic attainment, it's often utterly irrelevant. EHCPs are not just for supporting academic achievements.
