NEWS ALERT: State seismologists have recorded more than 6,000 aftershocks following the Sarangani earthquake in Mindanao a week ago. As of 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 15, PHIVOLCS said a total of 6,144 aftershocks had been recorded, of which 1,473 were plotted and 78 were felt. PHIVOLCS said the aftershocks ranged in magnitude from 1.2 to 6.4 over the past week.
