the outside bar showed a bias for a reversal to the upside, and the inside bar gave the precise entry
i took the entry on the break above the inside bar, with the opposite side as my stop loss
all i had to do was target my levels on the way up
main target was opening print at 608.35.

- breakdown below the 30m inside bar
- acceptance below the opening print
- failed 2U on the day
and on top of that we had a king node to the downside sitting at $280
which gave us even more conviction to hold the puts through the move.
once everything lined up the puts opened up fast.

At 9:45 AM ET, the S&P 500 was trading nearly 1.5% higher and tech stocks were sharply higher.
At 10:40 AM ET, selling pressure began to intensify without any major headlines in one of the biggest reversals of the year.

those two things don’t go together.
0DTEs and weeklies are volatile by nature
if you want to catch those explosive moves,
