Ticketmaster favors accounts that do not transfer tickets, to get in queues. A real fan who goes with their buddy, who is transferring tickets to their friends, is getting put in the back of the line for all future events, because Ticketmaster is a monopoly and they treat all transfers as "stubhub sales" and that is a threat to TM resale platform and LYV stock. They put those people in back of the line, and all the resellers who use "transferless links" in the front of the line. This is also why all queues are now 100,000 people. Ticketmaster also of course email fans say "transfer tickets to your friends if they beat you to the gate" with no mention of being placed in the back of the line for all future presales.
