Dec 3, 1993 changed my life forever. My sister Tracy & her unborn baby were killed, and my mother & siblings were shot. 32 yrs later, grief still teaches me how to live without her while carrying her in my heart.

Leadership isn’t about recognition—it’s about responsibility. “If no one knew your name or title, would your actions still reflect leadership?” The truest form of leadership is seen in how we show up, serve, and support, even when no one’s watching.
