I can’t believe I have to do this @Delta but you leave me no choice. Items were stolen from my checked bag and after the file was claimed, your claims manager had the nerve to tell me that I won’t be reimbursed because although I showed the receipts, I didn’t fill out the paper right! As a platinum medallion member this is ridiculous! I asked to speak to a supervisor as well but I guess you prefer me to handle things this way! #SHAME
