Y’all are only U.S. citizens because of a loophole in the 14th Amendment — an amendment that was written specifically for the descendants of American chattel slaves.
The Supreme Court is now revisiting this, and it’s about time. Birthright citizenship was never meant for people who come here just to give birth and claim citizenship for their children.
