ALT Short breaks are vitally important for people to develop friendships and flourish in a safe environment. Without the opportunity to spend time together and build their friendship through short breaks, no-one would have thought about the possibility of Michael and Freddy living together.

The resources were created by Ansar Projects, @CoppaFeelPeople and @orchidcancer to help people with a learning disability to detect differences within their bodies. (1/3)
This was so they could notify their GP and access early treatment.
In recognition of the projects' importance, it was shortlisted as a finalist in the Breaking Down Barriers award at the 2023 National Learning Disability and Autism Awards! 👏 (2/3)
