Santander Bank España quizás tiene una de las peores experiencias de atención al cliente que he visto. 90 minutos esperando para hablar con un agente, solo para que la llamada se corte. Luego 45 minutos más, me transfieren… y otra hora en espera. Increíble. @bancosantander
