Try this approach.
Go on LinkedIn, and search a specific company name.
Go to employee section, and check out some profiles that fit the roles you're looking to fill.
Send them a message, go straight to the point (You must be on premium subscription to message some people, so I'd suggest you consider that, if you're not yet a premium subscriber)
Let them know the details of the job you want to recruit them for (You can hide the company name if you want because that doesn't matter at the initial stage)
In your message, ask them to kindly recommend a candidate, or share the job advert with anyone whom they think may be interested, in an event that they are not interested in the role themselves.
If you do this, you should get responses from a few of them, which may eventually get you the candidate you want to recruit.
You may want to pay attention to the servicing companies, you'd find a lot of experienced and skilled workers there.
Poaching from a solid E&P is like trying to convince a rich individual to invest in your startup that is still on paper. You will need to do alot of "convincing" and "reassuring" to achieve that goal.
That Upstream oil and Gas is a cult.
To see experienced candidates poach sef na problem.
