New article 🚨 Two games this week meant plenty of options, but I chose to dive into the first half at East End Park. The scoreline looked comfortable, but before the red card it was a tight tactical battle - high press, disrupted build-up and in-game tweaks all came into play.

Eleven matches into the league season, so far too early for projections… 7W, 3D, 1L, 24 points. That’s 2.18 PPG, and over 36 games that is ~78 points. Enough points to win the Championship in every season since Rangers won it in 15/16 with 81 points. Good night Jags fans 🇧🇪

Weird half, had most of the play at least in early stages, but they had the better chances from errors in our own half. Then as the half wore on we struggled to retain the ball and our off ball intensity and Ross County inched into our half.

Need to find a way to reestablish ourselves off the ball, they’ve been playing through the press too easily at times it feels, and when that happens we can’t sustain any pressure on County. Fix that and we can grow back into the game again.
