Dear @elonmusk, I don’t know if this will ever reach you — but I hope it does. Over the last few months, the changes to the algorithm on 𝕏 have quietly hurt one of the most passionate creator groups on this platform: photographers. We are not chasing trends. We are not chasing outrage. We are chasing light. We wake up before sunrise, stand in silence for hours, wait for a bird to take flight, a cloud to break, a moment to happen. Then we go home and spend even more time editing — not for clout, but to tell a story, to share beauty, to inspire. And yet today, our work barely reaches the very people it’s meant for — fellow photographers, nature lovers, and creators who once made this platform feel alive. The timeline now feels noisy, rushed, and disconnected. Photography — one of the purest, most positive forms of creation — is being quietly buried. This community never asked for virality.We only asked for visibility. 𝕏 has always been a place where photographers could grow, learn, and feel seen. Right now, many of us feel invisible. I truly hope this is heard and considered. A small adjustment could bring back an entire creative ecosystem that wants nothing more than to keep sharing beauty in a noisy world. To fellow photographers: If this resonates, please repost. Let our voices be seen — together. — This platform means a lot to us. We just want to feel at home here again.

Silence in the face of ecocide is complicity. The remaining forests in the Amazon and the Congo Basin are a global heritage, not a resource to be exploited. If you believe in a livable future, you must believe in protecting these critical ecosystems. Comment and repost.

Purely a power play. “If I make it taboo for men my age to get with younger women I’ll have a better chance!” They’re just trying to fight reality though. The fact is that each sex’s mate value is based on different factors and they make older man/younger woman more likely than the reverse: Male mate value is strongly linked to resources and for most that simply takes time to accumulate. Women’s is based on fertility and that degrades quickly with time. A lot of stupid women really believe they can have it all while thinking men are as mercenary as they are (“what if I devote decades of my life to him and he leaves me on a whim?!?! I NEED to have my own money!”), so they hedge their bets by wasting their most fertile years chasing some job they don’t even care about to then go “Ok. Now that most of my eggs are gone and I’ve grown bitter from being pumped and dumped by men out of my league, it’s time to settle down!” The anger comes when they look around and notice that they men they want most would rather be with younger, less troublesome women and don’t give a shit that she makes okay money.
