Try the 80/20 approach: 80% of my diet is from these foods: Ground beef, chicken, eggs, fruit, sweet potatoes, honey, asparagus, macadamia nuts, yogurt/fermented dairy, whey protein, olive oil, avocados, aged cheese. The other 20% comes from life & I don’t obsess over it. I rest easy that most of the time, I’m making great choices.

Ingredients Matter. Calories Matter. Just because a food made with chemicals and questionable ingredients is low calorie doesn’t erase how nefarious it is. Just like how eating whole, organic foods is great but it doesn’t mean you eat 15k calories per day of them.
