The postcode EH3 7PU is showing that is experiencing congestion which will be causing the drive down, unfortunately congestion is ultimately traffic which we have no control over. -John
Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, our services are now fully back to normal, apart from some localised issues related to Storm Éowyn. We are very sorry for any inconvenience it caused to our customers.
Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we’re investigating urgently. Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service 🧵1/3
due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We’ve deployed extra engineering resources & planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it’s safe to do so. A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday 2/3

Data from the emergency services shows normal volumes of 999 calls being placed via our network are being connected.
