If you’re wondering Giannis had 47.6 percent of the Bucks points in Game 6
Jalen Brunson scored 47.9 percent of his team's points today. It's the second-best mark in NBA Finals history... only behind Michael Jordan the day he won his sixth title. 🤯

Really cool the Knicks got a title with this team because it was built so drastically different than most title teams. They didn’t draft any of their starters and didn’t do a KD/Kyrie Nets thing either. Just steadily added really good players until they had a full team.

From the great @StatsWilliams: To have 45 points in a close out Finals victory all-time: Michael Jordan, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bob Pettit … And, now, Jalen Brunson. What a performance.

The first pitcher in MLB history to throw a 1-hit Maddux with 13 strikeouts: Jacob Misiorowski (9 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 15 K, 95 pitches) We just witnessed one of the greatest pitching performances of all time 🤯

The most insane pitching performance I have ever seen. Jacob Misiorowski allows 1 hit, faces the minimum and strikes out 15 on under 100 pitches There are no comparable starts in MLB history

are you feeling it now philadelphia
A Brewers rookie with five starts has made the NL All-Star team. And the Phillies are not happy about it. “What a joke.” @MattGelb on Kyle Schwarber being the only Phillies player who will actually go to the Midsummer Classic ⤵️ nytimes.com/athletic/6489580…

15 strikeouts 95 pitches 9 innings 27 batters faced. Jacob Misiorowski with the best pitching performance I can remember watching. Good god this kid is special — exactly one year into his MLB career.

I’ve been fortunate enough to watch some truly great Brewers pitchers in my life but Miz is so just far ahead of them all. I never thought I’d see a prodigy like this. He’s 24 years old and has complete mastery of his arsenal right now. Must see TV every start. LFG Crew

Hey so I guess Miz is the best pitcher in the MLB and on the best pitching run of the live ball era so that’s cool

As we’ve reported, the Bucks value the Heat’s 13th pick the most out of anything Miami is offering
Fischer: If Bucks trade Giannis to Heat, Milwaukee "will assuredly" receive Miami's No. 13 pick and other draft capital. Bucks are calling teams in search of another top-20 pick, and potentially another top-10 pick.

Sources: The Milwaukee Bucks will add Vince Legarza & Brad Jones as assistant coaches. Legarza was an assistant with Mike Budenholzer on the Suns & Bucks. He & Taylor Jenkins both worked together under Budenholzer on the Hawks. Jones was an assistant for Jenkins on the Grizzlies.

Had to separate Giannis and Turner as much as possible lmao
World Cup got us thinking... Who’d be most lethal on the pitch? 🤔⚽️

Feels like 95% of the reaction to this is completely misunderstanding what Acuff is actually saying?
Darius Acuff talks defense and guarding his matchup with Draymond “You can ask any of my coaches in college, no matter how many defensive mistakes I made every night, if they tried to put me on a 2 or a 3, I'm like 'man I'm not guarding no 3, I play the point man, I'm guarding the point guard man' especially if it's like a matchup... like if I'm not guarding you and you not guarding me, it ain't no matchup, we just hooping out here so I definitely like to guard my matchup.”

Wolves fans are the funniest I've seen so far in reacting to Giannis trade rumors. Think they would require the deal being Giannis and 10 overall for Julius Randle and they're on the fence about it still

There’s a lot of yes/no analysis on the Heat trade package for Giannis, but I wanted to dive deeper and look at every asset in detail. Analysis of all players/picks, plus the Bucks’ historical precedent for swapping a dollar for dimes & quarters. Tap in: si.com/nba/bucks/onsi/analyz…

Given Boston's reported interest in Giannis I wrote a deep dive on their potential offer and how it compares to Miami. Which is essentially exploring two questions: Should the Bucks want Jaylen Brown? Or how much would a third team trade for him? Read: si.com/nba/bucks/onsi/analyz…

Great we stink and have control of our own drafts! We traded Giannis to be where the Kings are. Awesome
Replying to @TiWindisch
If you don't think getting the Bucks picks back are extremely important not sure what to tell you.

I would gladly see the Bucks pay Giannis and keep trying to build around him. But it doesn’t seem like he wants that and I don’t think it’s worthwhile for anybody involved (least of all us watching) if he’s stuck here unhappy and we’ve got another year of constant trade smoke
Replying to @TiWindisch
I’ve tweeted something like this to you a hundred times but singing up for 4 years $70m each year with a breaking down body is a quicker way to go down the toilet

What about Giannis’ last 10 months makes any part of this plan appealing? Even if he signs to lock in the money, how much time is that really buying now that he’s decided he wants to play elsewhere? And how good have they been WITH Giannis in recent years? I just don’t see it.
Replying to @TiWindisch
The thought I’ve recently had is this whole trade Giannis saga is essentially just a ticket to 45-37 for the next who knows how long. You’d need some real luck to break the ceiling without Giannis. Are we absolutely sure we want to sign up for that instead of going down swinging?
