Please @KLM ... PLEASE train your staff and update your systems to allow the entry of TSA precheck / global entry details. Staff in Lounge at AMS & platinum hotline all deny any knowledge of the scheme. Entry of number missing from booking flow and trip mgmt online. Poor.
