I've been buying concert tix for a long time & have never had the ticket company call me to resolve the issue all the while kindly apologizing--great work by everyone!
We all can't wait to get out and experience live music again, especially @Harvest_Canada; thanks @Ticketpro_Ca!

Awesome gesture by @Ticketpro_Ca to call every single customer that had @Harvest_Canada tix in their cart/couldn't check out & offering them the chance to buy! Last week sucked, but they're doing their best to make things right including numerous genuine heartfelt apologies.

We recognize that this will not catch everyone who experienced a problem today, and we apologize for that. We sincerely hope that those individuals will be able to secure tickets during the next onsale.
The new onsale date will be announced early next week.

Our customer service department will soon start contacting those customers who were logged into their Ticketpro account but were forced to abandon their carts, and we will finalize their transactions over the phone. 3/4
