Been at gorgeous @Hartpury all morning at their brilliant student Wellness event covering all sorts of useful advise & organisations who can help if needed. Home in torrential 🌩️ & rain. Met so many lovely folk but Clare has set up defibrillators all over Cheltenham, check 👇🏼

🚒The Firefighter Challenge team hosted a charity car wash at Gloucester North Fire Station, raising over £1,330 for The Fire Fighters Charity👏
Our team and on-duty crews washed cars and engaged with the local community.

☀️ The heat is intense today. Anyone can become unwell when the weather is hot, but some are at higher risk than others. Look out for older people, people with long-term health conditions and young children who may find it more difficult to stay cool and hydrated in hot weather.

Public Hearts Heart Screening - as easy as ECG 💗
📣 14 to 35 year olds - come to the heart screening event on 28 January, 9.30am to 4pm, at The SchoolHouse Café, St Paul's Rd, Cheltenham, GL50 4EZ.
Each week, 12 people aged between 14 and 35 die from sudden cardiac arrest ⬇️

I recently visited the Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign to accept their latest life saving equipment for our Police Cadets. This fantastic initiative has provided free of charge over 70 defibrillators all over Cheltenham - now the Defib Capital of the South West! Thanks to the public spirited generosity of @TidalTraining @Spirax_Sarco_UK and EvansJones
