We are listing significantly less stock than we ordered and would normally expect to receive.

Over the past week, we’ve received a high number of reports from customers about international orders with no tracking updates.
This morning, we identified the cause — over 100 shipments have been returned to us due to an issue with our courier’s shipping codes. Although we were

aware of a similar issue earlier this year, their system continued to default to the affected service and allowed shipments to be processed incorrectly.
We understand how frustrating this is and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
All affected orders will be

redispatched immediately using an alternative courier and service.
As a result, we will no longer be using Royal Mail for international shipments. A new delivery partner will be implemented for all non-express international orders moving forward.
