Ok last post before I let this thread fade,
If I can motivate at least one lazy gamer to get off their ass and incorporate some form of daily movement I'll take it as a W & I promise you the chicken nugget, frozen dinner, ramen diet is not it.
Those who are curious
• 10,000 steps daily
• I weight lift 3x-4x & pilates 2x a week
•Anti-inflammatory diet, primary focused on whole foods
• Last meal at 6pm
• In bed at 9pm, alarm at 6am
• Live with your best friend who asked you to marry him & solves all your problems
