First ever marathon - 3:54:30 🫶
Ran the London Marathon today and it was one of the most emotional, rewarding and toughest things I’ve ever done in my life.
I could barely walk afterwards and sustained cramp in three different places in the last six miles. I’ve never hit ‘the wall’ beforehand but I did today.
Thanks for all the support, it means the world!

Wow. Alex Yee has signed up to compete at this year’s Monaco Diamond League.
No event announced yet but it will almost certainly be either the 3000m or 5000m.
Yee’s last appearance in the Diamond League was over 12.5 laps in London six years ago (his 5000m PB is 13:13.89).
