I’m a Ryan Day fan.
But I do acknowledge Ohio State is the best program in America, and has been since 2002.
Plus I have a soft spot for them. They were by far the biggest victims of the cheating scandal and deserved better.

This morning the Ohio MAHA Co-Chairs, Reps. Jennifer Gross & myself met with Health & Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his policy team. We discussed a wide range of MAHA topics & plan to work together to achieve MAHA success.

The Federal Government needs to help & it needs to happen soon. I attempted to champion PBM Reform in the recent Ohio Budget. The Ohio Senate & Ohio Chamber of Commerce killed it. Then replaced it with a PBM friendly compromise amendment that would have driven more Independent Pharmacies out of business and quickly. I voted NO on that budget for that reason and then requested Gov. Dewine to Veto the PBM compromise. Thankfully, Gov. Dewine did Veto that amendment. I am working on the next strategy now to get this done. The Ohio Senate & Ohio Chamber of Commerce need to get on board or we will have Pharmacy deserts all over Ohio.

Pharmacy Benefit Mangers (PBM) have driven up drug prices and padded their pockets at the expense of independent community pharmacies and consumers for too long.
That's why I joined my colleague and fellow pharmacist @RepBuddyCarter in introducing the PBM Reform Act to deliver long-overdue accountability, increase transparency, and lower out-of-pocket costs for families.
