Youth between 16 and 18 can enrol in the CAF as a university student, or at 17 with parental consent & dependent children of a CAF member serving abroad are subject to Cdn military justice and can be court martialed instead of benefitting from Youth Justice Act.

Canada’s #JAGCAF ignores questions about military lawyers secret (solicitor-client privilege) letters about military members that destroy members' careers. These letters are exempt from the Privacy Act, the Ombudsman and Access to Info, and violate the presumption of innocence.
