tomorrow is world mental health day, an important day to all of us. i hope you can be kinder to yourself, i hope you remember that you’re not a burden, you’re lovely just the way you are—none of your flaws make you worth less, celebrate it by doing something that brings you peace

So, some property developer picked the unfortunate name "The Gaslight" for this redevelopment of a former industrial area. Then, not joking, they renamed it "The Lantern" and erased all references to the old name. But I knew I wasn't making it up. And now I can prove it...!

Universal Credit is trending. I'm on Universal Credit and in work, but because I have CFS, it is currently part-time, low-paid work. I currently receive £334.91 a month to live on (after housing costs). That's £83.72 a week, or a whopping salary of £4,018.92. I'm very lucky

The trouble with internet discussions is that everything is politics, and politics is completely awful.

The first 20% of a project takes 80% of the time. The other 80% of the project also takes 80% of the time.

Replying to @greateranglia
@greateranglia getting "no delivery methods found" when trying to buy an emailed e-ticket from your app, tried credit card and PayPal
2
Think I figured it out: journey I'd selected was only minutes away - I think app refused because I wouldn't have time to get the email. But I wasn't buying a ticket tied to a particular train (off peak day return) so it's frustrating that I have to pick a time when buying ticket
1
My request: can it give a better error message than "no delivery methods found", e.g. "the train time you selected is too soon to buy a ticket using the app"?
