Absolutely disgusting, rotten to the core. Nearly all my online accounts have limited stakes and all promotions removed by the various bookmakers. I don’t trust that any bookie will pay out an online win these days.

The use of lines drawn on a screen or a snickometer to enforce the laws of the game shows just how absurd the use of this type of tech is. Something has to change because now more than ever it seems that the result of a game is a lottery.

A genuine question. At 1245 this afternoon the PM told a grieving mother on the anniversary of her son’s death that he would introduce legislation (“before summer recess”) in her son’s name. How is that reconcilable with knowing he was about to call an election?
